Is the whole house rented out?
Yes. Mimoza is rented out only as a whole — both floors, the terraces and both hot tubs are for your group alone.
How many people can stay?
Up to 15 guests. The house has four bedrooms on two floors, three bathrooms, two kitchens and two living rooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Is there parking and an EV charger?
Yes — parking is free and there is an electric-vehicle charger at the house. Let us know in your inquiry if you need it.
Can we come with a baby?
Of course. We have a baby cot — just mention it in your inquiry and we will have it ready.
What is on the terraces?
The pergola terrace has two hot tubs (for six and for four people), a barbecue and outdoor seating. The covered terrace has a social room with billiards, table football, a second kitchen and a wood stove.
How far are Plitvice and the sea?
The Gacka river is 3 km away, Senj and the sea about 45 km, and the Plitvice Lakes about 60 km — roughly an hour's drive.
Can we book the house for a team building or company retreat?
Yes. The social room has a long table and a large Smart TV, and along with fast Wi-Fi there are billiards, a barbecue and two hot tubs to unwind after the work part.
